I am currently a Ph.D. student at Nowick Lab at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, Freie Universität Berlin. My work is mainly focusing on developing algorithms to analyze monoallelic expression data from Alzheimer’s Disease patients. I also develop pipeline to estimate the expression of KRAB-Zinc-Finger genes and transposable elements comparing between two different species. I am fascinated by learning and implement machine learning to solve real world problems!
